Before returning any item, you must first contact our Sales department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Send your request via email to sales@raincad.com. All returns are subject to approval prior to the issuance of an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number on the postage label of the package and a copy of the original packing slip enclosed. If you cannot include the original packing slip or a copy, you must contact our Sales department prior to the return for instructions on providing an alternative proof of purchase. We will not issue an RMA number after 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns for unneeded or wrongly ordered products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The RMA number must appear on the shipping label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and a copy of the original packing slip or an approved proof of purchase. Software Republic is not liable for return shipping fees or for lost or untraceable shipments. Please allow up to 12 business days after we receive your return for a replacement or refund to be processed. All credits will be made within 12 business days. Credit card companies can take up to 30 days to process a credit from a merchant. No refunds will be processed if any License Agreement envelope has been opened. |
